Liquidation

Tom Crookham and David Baxendale were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Bullitt Bidco Limited and Bullitt Mobile Limited– in liquidation  (“the Companies”) on 10 April 2024.

The Bullitt Group (the Group) was founded in 2009 and is comprised of Reiver Limited, Bullitt Bidco Limited, Bullitt Group Limited, Bullitt Mobile Limited, BSC Realisations 2024 Limited (formerly Bullitt Satellite Connect Limited ), Bullitt Mobile LLC (USA), Bullitt Information Consultancy (Shenzhen) Company Ltd (China), Bullitt Distribution Limited and Bullitt Audio Limited.

The Companies formed part of a consumer electronics business, which designs, markets and sells devices, predominantly phones and satellite messaging enabled bluetooth devices.
