Adam is a Partner in PwC’s Debt & Capital Advisory business and has 20 years of corporate finance and advisory experience.
He is an ex-leveraged and principal finance banker, having worked at Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, Barclays and was a founding member of the European Leveraged Finance team at Royal Bank of Canada.
He has worked on a number of private equity buy-outs, public to privates and principal finance acquisitions and has experience in structuring a variety of facilities.
