Adam McMaster

Adam has been a senior manager in PwC’s Legal Business Solutions team since July 2021. As part of his role, Adam provides clients with subject matter advice across financial services (derivatives and structured products). Adam has worked on a number of managed legal services for tier 1 global investment banks, conducting end to end negotiation of a wide range of trading documentation across multiple products and also provided specialist support for clients on their structured products issuances.

Prior to joining PwC, Adam has worked at other managed service providers in the derivatives space, and also worked on behalf of one of the world's largest publicly traded hedge fund firms.

Adam graduated from Queen’s University Belfast where he read law.

Recent work:

• Year long secondment to a tier 1 global investment bank offering specialist support to their structured products EMEA legal issuance team, with a main focus on assisting the client with their EIS trades and public offers;
• Providing a tier 1 global investment bank bespoke derivative support to their global markets legal team.
