Alison has spent over 25 years in market research working with clients across multiple industries and helping clients engage with customers, employees to build stronger engagement and grow their business. Having also spent a number of years building our global research practice, based in PwC's New York headquarters, her international experience covers both consumer and business research.
Alison specialises in customer insight management advising on how to get the most from voice of the customer and business data. She continues to work extensively with clients to design and interpret customer experience research using the results to inform strategy and drive performance improvement. Alison in leading our insight advisory services, is also driving our relationships with CX Management and Insight technology partners.
