Alison Fleming

Alison is a partner in our pensions consulting team advising employers and trustees of schemes with a focus on the financial services sector. She has extensive experience across a range of areas including strategy, funding and journey planning, insurance transactions and benefit change and investment implementation and her clients include some of the largest schemes in the UK.

Recent experience includes:

• Supporting a UK bank with all aspects of its pension scheme strategy over a number of years including closure to accrual, investment strategy and journey planning and capital modelling and financial reporting.
• Leading advice to employer on a £4bn+ full scheme buy-out Working with trustees and employers on a range of projects to review the approach to asset management and investment strategy given derisking and the increasing range of options available in this market.
