Amy specialises in working with businesses under Private Equity ownership, helping them to manage their tax affairs over the course of the investment life cycle to balance tax efficiency with tax risk, so that tax can be a driver of value in any future deal scenario.
Her experience ranges from supporting management coming under Private Equity ownership for the first time and addressing the multitude of tax actions; to providing tax advice on day-to-day business operations, interactions with HMRC, group structuring and transactions; to giving advice and support on an exit.
Amy works with businesses across a number of sectors, and enjoys working with businesses which are structurally complex, or those that have, or are looking to have, an international footprint.
