Bronwen Alexander

Bronwen is Markets and Services Leader for the PwC Deals business, responsible for delivering on our clients and markets strategy. Bronwen also created and leads our Accelerated Diligence proposition, supporting clients pursuing a buy and build strategy and leads our European relationship with Apax and GE Healthcare.

Bronwen has been with PwC for more that 20 years and has focussed the majority of this time advising and supporting Private Equity and Corporate clients executing deals in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector. She has extensive experience across the sector with a particular focus on complex carve outs, Pharma outsourcing and Medical Devices. Bronwen's functional expertise is delivering Financial due diligence.
