Charlie is a director in our Indirect Tax team with over 13 years’ experience in transactions and transformations supporting businesses on both buy and sell-side throughout the full lifecycle of a deal. Alongside this, he supports large businesses, with a particular focus in the technology, media and telecommunications space, as they look to manage their Indirect Tax footprint. This work spans "traditional" advisory projects, supply chain restructurings, processes and controls enhancements, and systems implementations to help drive value for his clients.
