Charlotte advises management teams and Remuneration Committees within the private and listed sectors on a wide range of executive remuneration issues, including reward strategy and the design and implementation of fit for purpose incentive plans. She has advised on management incentives and reward strategy for a range of AIM and Main market IPOs.
