I am a Director in our Financial Services Lead Advisory team at PwC. I advise clients in the specialist bank and alternative lending sector, helping shareholders and management teams to deliver various equity and capital strategies. My work ranges from selling an entire business, finding new equity or capital partners to support the medium term growth of a balance sheet, to advising on inorganic acquisitions which complement and enhance a strategy.
The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and, through the Portfolio Advisory Group, all aspects of credit related transactions.
