Chris Mutch

Chris is PwC’s Real Estate Deals Leader. In this role he leads a large team of multi-discipline individuals who provide a broad array of financial advice to clients in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector. Our Real Estate Deals team is made up of a number of specialisms, such as Corporate Finance, Capital Projects, Business Recovery/Restructuring/Insolvency, Valuations, Forensic Investigations, Data Analytics, Legal Services and Financial Due Diligence.

Chris specialises in Financial Due Diligence and is the Real Estate Transaction services leader. He has been providing financial due diligence support and strategic advice on commercial real estate assets/portfolios/companies and real estate rich operating businesses (student housing, hotels, PRS for example) for the last 20 years. Chris also supports our European Portfolio Advisory Group providing strategic advice, remediation resources, sell-side and buy-side support on real estate backed Loan Portfolio transactions across Europe.

Our Real Estate Deals team work on transactions as small as in the hundreds of thousands through to multi-billion. Our team size allows us to work on more than 100+ transactions of all variations in any one year. The team has a pan-European focus and as much of our time is spent leading transactions in Europe with our European colleagues as it is here in the UK.
