I am a UK based Partner at PwC, specialising in delivering large-scale transformations with clients across multiple private sectors including logistics, recruitment, airlines and outsourcing.

Over my career, I have worked with clients to solve complex problems and transform their business. This spans from delivering revenue growth with sales teams, through to increasing the efficiency of core operations and improving the productivity of back office functions.

I am a pragmatic and results driven leader - quickly understanding business issues to identify and implement innovative solutions. Throughout, I work closely with my clients, forming joint teams and building internal client capabilities through coaching.

I am co-creator and leader of PwC's Perform Plus solution, which provides teams with digital capabilities to increase productivity across virtual teams. I have implemented Perform Plus globally - including USA, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Japan.
