Craig Skelton
South East Private Business Leader, PwC United Kingdom
Craig is an external audit partner based in Reading where he is responsible for leading the Private Business team across the South East region of the UK. He works closely with his clients to ensure that they receive a service tailored specifically to their needs.
Whilst focusing on privately owned businesses, Craig specialises in the Retail and Consumer sector with a secondary focus on the Engineering and Construction sector. He is a member of PwC UK’s Consumer leadership board.
He has worked with his clients through a number of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and international expansion and has experience of working with clients who have to adhere to UK, US and European listed regulations, including Sarbanes Oxley reporting. This enables him to provide valuable insight into how companies can improve their control environment.
