Dan has a degree in law, is a qualified solicitor and a chartered tax advisor. Dan has over 15 years’ experience working in executive reward, heading up PwC’s reward team in the Regions.
His work ranges from advising the remuneration committees of listed companies (both Main List and AIM) and large private companies on executive reward strategy, to working with a number of private equity houses on the design and implementation of the incentive packages for their portfolio companies. He has implemented a number of the innovative incentive designs for his listed clients.
