Darren Jukes

Darren helps clients take advantage of the opportunities within Digital Operations.

He works with partners and colleagues from across the firm to help deliver differentiated solutions that enable clients to fully capitalise on opportunities offered by the technologies and trends of the fourth industrial revolution.

Darren has considerable experience in sectors ranging from aerospace and defence, automotive and engineering and construction and has advised both UK and international clients from US, Europe and Asia.

Alongside his industry roles, Darren works as a corporate finance partner retaining a focus on the Industrials sector. He works with a broad range of clients from private business, private equity and listed corporates in developing and executing their M&A strategies. He also acts as our Corporate Finance Global Co-ordinator for Industrials.
