David is a partner in PwC's mid market restructuring team, focusing on working with businesses in some form of distress in London and the South-East. He works with mid market businesses and their stakeholders, focusing on business viability and identifying options to turnaround, restructure and/or generate cash.
In particular, David's recent clients have been privately owned or private equity-backed businesses. Through his experience of working with banks, private equity firms and regulators, David brings different perspectives when identifying the best options available for his clients.
David works with mid market companies in the London and South-East region, having previously spent ten years working in the Midlands.
David has recent experience across a number of sectors including law firms, social housing, automotive, retail and charities.
