David Lukeman

David is a partner in our Banking and Capital Markets practice and FS IT Risk & Resilience Leader in the UK. He has over 20 years of financial services experience, including past commercial roles. 

The IT Risk & Resilience practice helps regulated financial institutions, market infrastructure and FinTech businesses manage their technology and operational resilience risks. We have built a vibrant and diverse practice to support clients as they develop world class practices and respond to complex regulatory expectations relating to the identification and management of operational resilience and technology risk exposures. 

Prior to entering practice in 1998, he spent seven years in industry in internal audit and finance roles. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
