With 25 years experience as a management and technology consultant across many sectors David work has led the delivery of enterprise strategy and transformation programmes spanning the entire end to end value chain from customer contact through to back office. His passion is business process simplification and standardisation and the effective implementation of information technology solutions to deliver these. He has worked with clients to develop new operating models, design solutions, managed the implementation of the resultant transformation programmes and delivered significant benefits for his clients.
