Dean Farthing

Dean is a Partner within PwC's Financial Services Human Resource Services practice. He specialises in executive and employee incentive and compensation issues within the Financial Services sector. Dean has advised many of our key financial service sector clients on such areas as: total compensation benchmarking and design, share plan design, including taxation, legal and regulatory issues, financial modelling, share plan valuation and implementation of new accounting standards, executive pensions and communications. Dean has been the divisional and group head of reward for FTSE 100 companies and is the management advisor to numerous other companies and their remuneration committees.
