I am a partner within PwC’s Workforce business. I work with boards, HR directors and remuneration committees across general industry with a particular deep expertise in investment management and banking.
At PwC I lead our national Reward & Employment practice - a diverse, national team that specialises in four critical areas: executive compensation and equity incentives, rewarding and managing the wider workforce, employment tax and payroll services, and sustainable workforce strategy.
Our Executive Compensation and Equity team and our Reward Advisory experts all partner with clients to design innovative reward structures and executive compensation strategies that drive performance and attract key talent, while aligning with evolving workforce dynamics and governance considerations.
Our Employment Tax and Payroll specialists simplify complex compliance and taxation challenges in a globalised, diverse workforce, ensuring operational efficiency and risk management.
And our ESG and Reporting experts help clients future-proof their organisations through sustainable workforce strategies that foster inclusive, fair, and purpose-driven employee cultures, while addressing broader ESG goals and stakeholder expectations.
