I am a Partner in our Financial Services Lead Advisory team with over 25 years experience in M&A. I have extensive knowledge and expertise advising on public and private M&A transactions, private equity and incentive schemes in buy-outs. In 2017 I was elected to sit on PwC's global governance Board and was appointed to PwC's Middle Eastern Board and UK Supervisory Board.
The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and, through the Portfolio Advisory Group, all aspects of credit related transactions.
