Partner, Net Zero Transformation, PwC United Kingdom

As part of PwC's Value Creation & Realisation practice, I work alongside our clients supporting them through challenging periods to quickly reduce cost, carbon and create a more sustainable business that is positioned for future growth. Our clients are typically facing major challenges driven by financial performance, climate driven change, market uncertainty, political volatility and the ongoing disruption of traditional business models.

I combine operational restructuring skills with my previous experience in communications and marketing to deliver large-scale turnaround programmes where there is significant value at stake, limited time and a complex mix of stakeholders.

I have delivered programmes for clients across a range of industry sectors including Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Media, Retail, Public Sector, Health, and Business Services.

"Organisations are facing a huge challenge of fundamentally changing what they do and how they do it. Failure to transform represents a significant risk, but organisations are now starting to see the value creation opportunity by creating a more sustainable business that will deliver long-term results whilst doing the right thing for the planet."

I have experience in Marketing, Communications, Finance and Operational Restructuring. I draw on all of this experience to help clients manage rapid turnaround and transformation programmes with a commercial focus, whilst effectively managing a complex mix of stakeholders and protecting their brand.
