Elisabeth leads the Infrastructure tax team in PwC and has 20 years experience of working with investors in the energy, telecoms and wider infrastructure sectors, supporting them on both transactions and in the structuring of their investment funds.
She has extensive experience of leading due diligence and structuring transactions including pan-European and global acquisitions, IPOs, refinancings, restructurings and disposals.
Her role on transactions is to ensure seamless advice is provided that takes into account local country tax issues (both in the UK and internationally) and also the wider objectives of the investors and other stakeholders. She also has experience of business model restructurings specifically in the telecoms and oil and gas sectors and has worked with international teams on the tax implications of a fundamental change to the business model and legal structure for companies in these sectors.
