Holly Grantham

Holly is a Director and leads PwC UK’s Environmental Tax team. She advises clients on the full range of environmental taxes, including Plastic Packaging Tax, Climate Change Levy, Aggregates Levy, Landfill Tax, Air Passenger Duty and CBAM.

She works with clients across a range of sectors, working closely with them to navigate through complex compliance requirements, advisory projects, disputes, and deals.

Our Environmental Tax team can help clients navigate these changes, providing support from the initial planning and compliance phases, through to implementation and also supporting with HMRC disputes in the event these occur.”

Holly is a UK qualified solicitor by background and has a particular specialism in environmental tax dispute resolution. In this regard she has extensive experience of negotiating high value settlements with HMRC, both via formal and informal alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as litigating matters before the Tax Tribunal, the High Court, Judicial Reviews before the Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
