Ian joined the UK Firm’s Executive Board as Chief People Officer on 1 January 2022. He is focussed on cultivating a fair culture which embraces difference and provides people with equal opportunities to grow, develop and flourish in their careers at PwC.
Ian joined the firm in 1988 on the graduate training programme and qualified as a chartered accountant. Prior to moving into his current role, Ian led the UK Forensic Services practice, where he specialised in Forensic Investigations in the public and private sectors.

Ian has over 20 years experience of Forensic work and in recent years has led a number of the most high-profile investigations in the UK for a range of private sector and Government clients.
