Welcome to our latest update on recent developments in international and treasury tax of interest to multinationals operating in the UK.

Ian has been with PwC for over 25 years, and has been a partner since 2007. His time with the firm has been diverse, including two periods overseas, a two year assignment to San Jose, California and a three year stint in New York, where Ian led the US firm's UK tax desk.

His client base is predominantly US Inbound technology businesses with a particular focus on the US West Coast. Ian has extensive experience of structuring his clients transactions tax effectively, be that through organic growth, group reconstructions, acquisitions or disposals.
