Iulia is a Strategy& Director based in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector in our London office. With deep interest in data and emerging technologies, she has expertise in a wide range of business challenges, geographies and business models for Telco and Technology clients, having worked with 20+ operators in 15 countries. Her experience covers a wide range of technology enabled change programmes including digital transformations and new digital business models, operating model changes through automation, advanced analytics and centralisation using shared services and outsourcing and supply chain transformations to improve time to market, asset utilisation and capital spend allocation.
