Jacqui Dudley

Jacqui is a Director in our Government and Health Industries Operational Restructuring team and specialises working with public sector organisations undergoing organisational change or facing financial sustainability challenges.

Her experience spans a wide range of NHS organisations and higher education institutions, as well not-for-profit organisations and local authorities.

She has extensive experience leading complex programmes, managing key stakeholders as well as providing more hands-on support and coaching to her clients to make sustainable change.

Jacqui has also undertaken a number of client secondments embedded finance teams; this practical experience and financial expertise helps her clients navigate through change.
