James Lewin

James is a restructuring partner and leads the team across the South region - working with businesses and their stakeholders going through periods of challenge or change. Typical areas include navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, providing a fresh perspective on business plans and forecasts, helping to assess options, and 'hands-on' implementation support where needed. James' roots are in advising regional businesses, but he has also gained broad experience from working 'in-house' on UK and international secondments, including within special situation credit teams and leading restructuring project management offices.
