James Rashleigh

James is one of the UK cyber security partners and leads the Commercial Cyber Security business. James also leads PwC’s cyber due diligence and deals capability. James specialises in helping organisations and boards understand and minimise the security risk they face, including as a result of M&A activity. James has extensive experience in leading cyber security transformation programmes, driving cyber security due diligence, helping businesses, developing their security strategies and advising boards on the risk they face. James has also led PwC's response to a number of high profile security breaches. James has experience across multiple sectors, and specialises in supporting consumer markets clients and private equity houses. James has 22 years cyber security consulting experience and joined PwC in 2012.
