Jason Higgs

Jason leads the Business Restructuring Services team within PwC’s Deals practice in Scotland. He has extensive experience leading advisory and restructuring services while representing a wide range of stakeholders including private and public businesses, lenders, and UK and Scottish Governments.

Jason has broad sector experience, including oil & gas, banking, retail, construction, business services and aviation. He likes to work in a collaborative, hands on and supportive fashion, bringing PwC’s vast technical and sector experience to solve his clients’ problems, at pace, including through cost reduction and working capital optimisation, business planning, short term liquidity forecasting, debt raising and balance sheet restructuring.  

Jason is ACA and JIEB qualified. Since beginning his career with PwC in the private business space in London, Jason has sought a wide variety of technical and leadership experiences both in the UK and internationally. Prior to specialising in restructuring and distressed situations Jason has supported his clients through IPOs, M&A (buy and sell side), system implementations, and return of value to shareholders.’
