Deals leader for London & South, with specialists in due diligence, corporate finance, business recovery servces, valuations and forensic accounting. A team of over 150 deal specialists in total.

As a Transactions partner I lead projects that draw on a combination of commercial, financial and operational due diligence, as well as pre and post deal strategy, operational improvement, decision and analysis support and valuation work.

My background is in financial due diligence, working with a broad range of corporate, private equity owner manager and banking clients on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and refinancings, within the UK and across the globe. I have direct experience of working on transactions in most major economies in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

My industry experience is equally broad. I have a particular focus on consumer and industrial products and services, which has provided me with rich experience of companies in manufacturing, business and consumer services, retail and technology. In addition to being the Transaction Services leader for both engineering and construction and automotive (including all segments of those industries value chains), I work extensively in the industrial manufacturing and services sectors.

During the course of my career I have lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and Australia.
