Jason Wakelam

Jason, is a partner leading our South East deals practice. He specialises in financial due diligence and also leads our UK Engineering and Construction deals business. Jason has extensive experience of advising corporate and private equity clients on UK and cross border transactions, including buy side and sell side due diligence, debt raising and capital market transactions. He works extensively across across the whole value, including engineering consultancies, construction, house building and building materials and products, as well as working with plant hire, merchants and facilities management companies.
