Jaymal is a financial due diligence Partner focusing on the health and pharma sector. He has over 15 years of deals experience, working with private equity, infrastructure funds, large corporates and private businesses on buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence, along with public to private transactions.

Within healthcare he has extensive experience within all sub sectors including social care, hospitals, dentistry, veterinary, IVF, nurseries, pharmacies and ophthalmology. Further to this, he has also worked on numerous deals within the medical devices, healthcare technology, CROs, CDMOs, medical communications, eCOA and other pharma services sectors (e.g. packaging, cell and gene therapy). Jaymal also has experience of working with generics and specialty pharma companies.
