Jeremy May

Jeremy is a pensions Partner based in the Midlands and has 20 years’ experience working in the pensions industry. He has extensive experience advising corporates on setting their strategy for managing cost and risk in their pension schemes. He has been involved in developing PwC’s strategy on scheme funding and integrated risk management.

Jeremy’s recent experience includes:

• Advising a FTSE 250 company on a £1bn longevity swap across five of their pension schemes;
• Leading and designing a £2.5bn buyout transaction for TRW Automotive Inc; and
• Advising a Fortune 500 company on an asset backed funding arrangement.

Jeremy has previous experience as a scheme actuary and has managed PwC’s relationship with the Pensions Regulator and our scheme funding proposition.
