Jillian Egner

Jillian is a Senior Manager in our NewLaw team. Prior to joining PwC, Jillian gained experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel for a national bank most recently working for a legal service provider where Jillian gained significant experience in the negotiation of prime brokerage, futures and OTC clearing agreements for a global tier one investment bank. She has also experience in areas including real estate finance and legal due diligence. Jillian regularly draws on her experience and perspective to support clients in solving complex challenges and driving meaningful, long-term value.
