John Patterson

John Patterson works in a consultant role on corporate governance matters within the Assurance practice of PwC. He provides advice and updates on corporate governance developments to client management and boards, as well as to PwC teams. He has 15 years’ experience with UK public companies, including AIM, small cap and mid tier organisations as well as the FTSE 100.

Much of John’s work focuses on the reporting of corporate governance, and he has contributed to a number of publications on corporate reporting including the recent London Stock Exchange volume ‘Corporate governance for Main Market and AIM companies’. He has also developed the PwC responses to consultations from the Financial Reporting Council, the UK government and the European Commission.
