Jonathan is the partner that leads our Transaction Services (TS) team in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. His TMT sector experience includes five years as Commercial Director of a listed software business. The TS team that he leads supports clients in areas including: buy and sell-side due diligence; debt-raising and re-financings; IPOs and de-listings; financial aspects of sale & purchase agreements; valuations advice; and financial modelling & data analysis services that aid informed decision making and business planning.
Jonathan's client base includes owner managed entities, corporates and institutional investors; and his 20+ years of experience in the transactions arena has encompassed high-level reviews of businesses with a turnover of <£5m through to complex cross-border due diligence assignments for FTSE 100 companies that integrate financial, commercial and operational inputs.
