Jonathan is a Partner in PwC’s North West Transaction Services team, which supports our clients in areas including: buy and sell-side due diligence; debt-raising and re-financings; IPOs and de-listings; financial aspects of sale & purchase agreements; valuations advice; and financial modelling & analysis services that aid informed decision making and business planning.

His client base includes owner managed entities, corporates and institutional investors; and his 10+ years of experience in the transactions arena has encompassed high-level reviews of businesses with a turnover of <£5m through to complex cross-border due diligence assignments for FTSE 100 companies that integrate financial, commercial and operational inputs.
