Jonathan is a UK qualified Governance Professional and the leader of our global network of Governance and Company Secretarial specialists, spanning over 160 countries where PwC operates.
Jonathan works extensively in the US as well as the UK, and was previously the Leader of our Legal business across the Middle East where he lived for several years. Jonathan brings his knowledge of how multi-national organizations from around the world operate to his clients.
Jonathan helps Governance and Company Secretarial teams transform the way they operate and, in particular, manage their global legal entity structure and the ever-increasing governance regulations and legal requirements impacting them.
