Jonathan provides M&A lead advisory services to clients on deals which support the energy transition towards Net Zero
Jonathan advises clients on M&A deals across the power and utilities sector. His experience includes transactions involving renewable energy, energy storage, electric vehicles, network infrastructure, energy retail, building decarbonisation hydrogen, carbon capture, and energy services. He has a track record of delivering successful outcomes for investors, corporates and developers in complex and competitive transactions.

He has over seventeen years of experience in energy and infrastructure transactions. Jonathan graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics, before joining PwC in 2006. Jonathan is a CFA® Charterholder and has been a partner at PwC since 2023.
