Joseph is a Partner in the Healthcare M&A team, based in London. He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, having previously been at a leading independent investment bank.
Joseph has worked on both sell-side and buy-side transactions for a wide range of financial sponsor and corporate clients across the healthcare services, pharma, pharma services and medical technology sub-sectors.
From 2012-2014, Joseph acted as Assistant Secretary to the UK Takeover Panel and oversaw a large number of transactions subject to the Takeover Code.
