Justin Montgomery

Justin leads the UK firm’s SEC and US reporting team and is a Director in our Capital markets, Accounting advisory and Structuring services group.

Justin has 15 years of experience with US public reporting matters including US IPOs, SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and US debt/equity offerings. He advises companies on transaction readiness, the listing process and navigating SEC regulation, IFRS and US GAAP conversions, and other SEC compliance and accounting topics. Having worked in PwC’s San Francisco, Dallas, Brussels, and London offices, Justin has a broad, international background extending across several industries.
