Kate Harris

Kate Harris leads the South East Reward and Employment practice.

Kate’s practice centres on all technical aspects of reward and employment matters for domestic and global companies.

Kate primarily focuses on the design, implementation and ongoing operation of domestic and global equity plans. She spends considerable time helping her clients address the challenges of share plan compliance and, in particular, how to meet their withholding obligations when assignees holding equity awards cross borders.  Kate also has significant experience addressing the impact of corporate restructuring on global equity plans.

A Chartered Accountant by background, Kate has been advising companies on reward issues for the past 17 years and is a qualified Global Reward Practitioner.
