Laura is a director in PwC's corporate legal international business reorganisations team. She specialises in strategic global corporate structuring . The types of transactions and projects that Laura advises on include, pre and post deal structuring, carve out or spin projects, legal entity reduction, cash repatriation or management, as well as UK corporate transactions including share and asset transfers, dividends and share capital transactions.
