Leo Humphries

Leo is a Partner in the London Deals Tax group and leads the Private Credit Market team which comprises a wide range of advisory professionals who specialise in the alternative credit market, support our clients across all aspects of the credit fund lifecycle, from fund design/structuring, through the investment stage and to ultimate value realisation.

Leo specialises in providing transaction tax and structuring services to managers of credit and debt funds investing across a variety of asset classes (including primary loan origination; non-performing and performing secondary loan portfolios; Single credit distressed and special situations; structured finance and securitisation).

Leo joined PwC in 2015 from another big 4 where he spent 5 years as a Director in the Financial Services Tax Group. Prior to that, Leo was an Associate Director in the Structured Capital Markets division of Barclays investment bank with responsibility for the origination and execution of structured finance transactions, a team he joined after completing his tax training at Arthur Andersen.
