Leo is a partner and actuary, who leads PwC's Pensions team across the South. He helps companies understand and manage the cost, risk and people aspects associated with pensions. He has worked with pensions schemes with as many as 100,000 members or as few as 10. He works on all aspects of DB and DC pensions but has a particular interest in investment strategy, scheme financing and scheme change; and building consensus between sponsors, trustees and employees to get the best outcome for all parties.
