Lewis is a partner in our NewLaw team where he focuses on designing and delivering innovative, tech-focused and efficient solutions across legal and contracting.

Lewis specializes in building the legal and contracting functions of the future.

Modern legal and contracting functions require a blend of subject matter expertise, well implemented technology, and a diverse human delivery capability. At PWC we can provide all three.

His work usually falls into one of three categories:

Legal Advisory/Consulting
Lewis acts for business leaders looking to optimize the way they deliver legal and contracting outcomes. This includes strategy review, operating model design and development, horizon scanning and technology specification and selection (including RFP/procurement support). 

Technology Implementation
Lewis leads large scale legal and contracting technology implementation projects predominantly in the legal AI and CLM space. His experience also includes implementing legal front door and point solutions designed to solve specific client issues.  

Managed Legal Services
Lewis develops and runs significant technology enabled managed legal services programs for global clients. This includes ‘one off’ projects around remediation or data analysis. 

Lewis began his career as commercial barrister and spent time at a boutique legal technology consultancy and building the US operations of a PE backed ALSP prior to joining PWC.
