Lindsay is Head of Tax for Scotland.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in advising UK and global organisations on corporate tax matters.
Based in Edinburgh, but having worked in the firm's London office for twelve years, Lindsay advises on a wide range of matters from tax strategy and risk management to group restructuring, deals, transfer pricing and residence/permanent establishment issues.
She leads the global tax teams on a number of our Scottish headquartered international clients.
