Lisa has extensive experience advising on the design and implementation of management incentive arrangements for institutional investors of all sizes across a diverse range of asset classes including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and growth funds. She advises on both equity incentives as well as cash based plans. Her specialty is large-scale, complex incentive plans that span multiple jurisdictions.
